produce from drinking alcohol. Herbs help to nourish the nervous systems. For
example, having a cucumber along with a V-8 juice will help to replenish water,
salts, minerals and vitamins. Nux vomica, chamomile, skullcap, willow bark,
kava, ginseng and valerian are other example of herbs that can be used.
